So did Sias gave up on Street Mod or was he just borrowing a DSP car?

I'll be at the double cross in Atlanta, but sadly not in the Protege. I'll be borrowing a certain little FSP Super Rabbit

I'm really not to sure, he ran the El Toro Pro Solo with that car and I think he's been working on the setup with Gordon. He's been running it for a couple of months at local events.

you going to come back for the Atlanta tour? I'll give you a ride in a SM car. I doubt it's competitive, but should still be fun.

One from this weekend:

that doesnt look wet.(glare)

Do 'touring laps' around Road Atlanta count as motorsports? If not, well... forget you then! Yeah, they weren't really full speed at all, but it was at enough of a clip for it to be fun, and the fact that it was on Road Atlanta, even more fun ;)

The car actually has a RED top now (optima sponsorship maybe? :p). It will be painted sliver to match the rest of the car when I can.

And one of the absolutely hideous tuner girls they had at the mitty this weekend:

That is one ugly broad.

And it all starts with those "low speed" parade laps around a road course. Before you know it, you'll forever cast-off autoxing in favor of 20 minute sessions of an adrenelin rush.

Parade laps were even slower. Ugh... but no, I enjoy autoxing. Even though I enjoy the high speeds, I still really enjoy autox. You're ALWAYS working the car, things just happen so fast. That's still a rush. Things seem to happen in slow-mo on road courses (road racing not really included, as you're going fender to fender and that's just a whole nother bag of worms)

Freakin sweet! Are y'all still using the renesis, or the mazda 4 banger (MZR?) now?

Thanks, still using the Renesis.

Cool, I couldn't remember. I know there was some talk of a change a while back, but wasn't sure if anything had come of it. That's cool stuff man, I love those things. Are y'all going to be running in support of the Petit LeMans this year? If so, the Georgia mazda folks will be out there rootin' for you
