Spring Cleaning Meet 2008

Sorry for the delay in response, had a long weekend.

I had a great time everyone. Thanks for all your help cleaning up my ride.

Springs feel great. I had to tighten up one of the endlink bolts on the front when I got home due to some rattling and there is a little squeak coming from the rear (didn't notice that until today) so I'll have to lift up the rear and make sure everything is tightened down. The ride feels just like stock but a little more controlled. I'm happy with the drop. It's a nice compromise between ride comfort and looks.

The back of my neck is all burnt. I'm surprised since I spent most of the afternoon in the garage.

Mark, how did your project turn out?

red neck!! turned out well! the shifts are real tight....no "lag" into the next gear...when i shift it manually it is even more direct engaging...i like it, for an automatic!

sorry for the late post...thanks everyone (esp Mark, Josh, and Oleg) i had a blast and it was fun meeting everyone and getting a nice clean car -- sucks that it's raining now

See ya at the cape run :) I can't wait!!!

hey guys, thanks a lot for the meet!! BIG BIG thanks to mark for hosting and oleg for getting those scratches out and schooling me about the pc and which polishes to use haha. definitely was great meeting some people again and seeing some new faces. great pics josh and thanks for the natty's blue. i'll definitely have to pick some up at autogeek. hey chris, did the front drop any more in the past couple of days?

The front dropped a little but it still isn't the same as the rear. I like it though, and I don't have any issues with the head lights needing adjustment :) I'll snap a few more photos of it this weekend. I imagine had I gone with the "street" RPM springs there would be the appearance of a more even drop front and rear...but as it sits now, the drop is truely even...since the front always looked higher than the rear. The best part? NO RUBBING!

Nope... The headlights in the MS6 are a manual adjust.

I wish they were though... It'd be nice.

No they aren't. There is a manual switch with 3 settings...but if the front of the car is significantly lower than the rear, even the highest setting won't be high enough.
