I'm trying to find things that don't void the warranty, which leaves me with MS catback and MS CAI which they have a stop sale on for some reason. So for now I'm planning on 50% tints up front and 20% around back, I havent decided if its worth spending $800 on a 3M clear bra or not. I want to hardwire a V1 and a MSD Dash hawk, then maybe a set of Rota Tarmac 3 - full royal sports bronze that i saw from one of the sponsors on here.

Very nice. I'd steer clear of the MS CAI from what I've read. There's stories on the board about people having trouble with warranty work even though it's a mazda product. Yeah, the clear bra is always a toss up for me. I like the effect, but my friend has one on her car and it just doesn't look right to me. Great car man, I hope it treats you well!

That does look tight. The center stack on the dash is that different already? I have an o8 and it is the silver center stack. Gotta love suburban. Funny to see your picks and know you were at 8 mile and Farmington just from the better health food behind you. I drive by there everyday.

Haha yeah thats exactly where I was, I fill up there or beck and pontiac trail when im at work. I decided i'm going to fill up with amaco ultimate as often as i can. For 08.5 they changed the center counsel and door trim is piano black, and the seats are black as well.

Nice car. I would suggest getting the clear bra. I waited too long and after less than 1 year my front is chipped to hell.

You can get the clearbra on ebay for a lot less. I think there are 2 vendors, one uses 3M and the other uses Laminex. There are two patterns, too. Installing it is another matter.

I have checked on ebay and you can get the full kits for a couple hundred but the install is the big key, I've heard its quite difficult, not at all like doing tints yourself. I asked a couple places if i had the material if they would install it and I usually hear its not their product so they cant stand behind it if it doesn't hold up so they wont install it.

Try to find an installer from a signshop like fastsigns. They print onto vinyl and stick it to all sorts of things. They might be able to install it for cheap after hours and should have all the tools and know-how.

Haha thanks, photography is a big hobby of mine, very close behind cars. If I remember how I'm going to try some infrared shots, that should be interesting.

Beck and Pontiac trail, that car wash there (futuristic) is really nice. I live in walled lake so I travel that area all the time! We will pass one another sooner or later.

I work at beck and west road (between 96 and west), I've been to that car wash once or twice, not in my car though, hand washes only for me. I fill up at the BP at beck and pontiac trail usually, in fact im going to fill up there at lunch time today.
