So...I've had adventures in 'body-work-land' lately due to the 'kid vs. rock' incident and have decided to get the rest of the vestiges of LA driving exorcised from my red MS3. I should get my baby back from the doctor by the end of the week.

Do you have to parrallel park often? I lived in DC for 7 years and man, my GTI had some nicked up bumpers.

I got it repainted two days before I moved away and on the LAST DAY, I got nicked again by a @#$#ING taxi.

I saw it parked there and when I got back to my car, it was gone and he left me a treat.

Honestly, it's the close-quarters where I had underground parking. It only takes one encounter with a garage support to ruin your day.

The bumper I messed up because the garage where we parked at work has these 'double-high' curb-like things on the top level where the supports that hold up the structure connect....after 12 hours of exhaustedly trying not to let my patients die, I forgot that there was a support in front of me and I started to drive forward...*crunch*! Apparently, it had happened to quite a few others at that site. After that, I started parking next to the wall so I HAD to back out.
