The engine bay is so clean you could eat off of it... not that I would... but...say if I were in the 3rd world country and not used to eating on a table and stuff...you know... I so would. lol
^ Beat me to it....damnit....
That would be the ol'pull off the airbox and slap on a cone filter mod from way back in 2003.....lol(alright)
I'm glad the PO's cheap mods could be nostalgic for you... lol
That's very similar to the setup I want to run. How much boost are you looking to run once everything's broken in? How is the AFC coping with the 440s?cp 8.5:1, pauter rods, ported head, 626 mani, garrett 2871 turbo, turbo xs mbc, alum hotpipe, hks ssqv, injen cai, ss afc, 440s, deleted a/c..some other stuff, cant think of it all right now.. still saving for a FMIC..
How did you make the stock hot pipe all shiny?
lol!
Nice job on the engine bay.
Thanks!
If you scrub through the first 5 layers of plastic, it comes out all shiny....lol
if you want to go the easy way get the Engine Brite Citrus. you can spray on a rag and rub onto the plastic pieces and let air dry. the citrus one is the only one that is used as a degreaser and an engine bay detailer. takes about three seconds and looks great. works really well on the engine cover too.
