well. although, i really love the color of 6000K HID kit, i wanted bit more useable light on bad weather days.. so i ordered 4300K bulb from ebay for $29. they arrived today and i just finished the installation.
compare to 6000K bulb, 4300K is much "yellower" (i mean much much yellower(naughty)). i guess my eyes (myself) is used to 6000K's beautiful white/blue light.. 4300K looks more like old halogen light..(dunno)
as it starts up, it does sames color changes as 6000K but at the end, it settles to whitish/yellow light while it is white/blue light for 6000K.
i will do more light driving and will report back...
Happy HID ing(naughty)
Oh pics..
Left 6000K.. Right 4300K.. (can't tell the difference from camera pic right?)
Now up close & personal shot of 6000K and 4300K..(same camera setting)
Can you say "Yellow"???(naughty)
