GI light weight pulleys

For you 2.3L NA guys, the material to make the ALT pulleys has arrived!
The material under that is for the V6 WP pulleys.

WOO HOO!!! When should i tell the the 2.3 NA guys to expect to pay for the ALT pulley?

Near the end of this week. The V6 WP pulleys will be done this week.

Here is the V6 ALT pulley.

Sorry for the bad picture. This is to give you an idea what it looks like. The finished part will be anodized and a quality picture uploaded.
The V6 ALT pulleys will be back late this week.
The WP Pulleys will be done early this week and dropped for anodizing near the end of the week.
The V6 PS pulley will start production right after. I will start the GP for that after the ALT pulleys are shipped and the WP pulleys are being anodized (end of the week).

For you 2.3L guys, the ALT will be the first pulley coming out.
At this time I'm expecting to start on those around Feb 11-13th.

I did not weight the ALT pulleys before they left. The WP pulley is in work now and is only half way done. When I get them back from anodizing I will know exact numbers. If you want a guess,

Alt 80 grams
WP 180 grams

thats exactly what I was hoping for. I'll bring my ALT pulley into physics lab and weigh it once it arrives.

Thanks but I'm prob. gonna have to wait . I ended up getting a meagan H brace of ebay for real cheap. It looks like tomorrow is the last day to buy? Hopefully I can do it by then. BTW I really like this forum.

The GP for the 2.3L pulleys will begin either this weekend or on Monday. It just depends on when the V6 PS pulley is finished.

The V6 altenator pulley will be back from the anodizer friday evening. So I will go ahead and make a thread for the power steering GP later tonight. The PS pulley will be $75 shipped. It will be finished next week. The 2.3L Pulleys will start right after.
