Mazdaspeed BBK???

Saw these on another forum. This is the new Mazda Atenza. I know nothing more about said car. I wonder if these brakes would be something we could purchase or if they're just for show purposes...

you can actually get those wheels on the 09 Mazda 6/Atenza now,( Advan RS's) but don't know if they come in red...
