tuners worst nightmare

So as you guys know i'm pretty much on the fore front of modding for the ms3. So i decided to finally be true to myself, get the car tuned and call it a day.(or completely be done modding the car for performance) Any ways so first pull i get 274 whp and 298 ft lbs. I'm thinking to myself"wow thats kinda low, i know people are posting higher numbers with fewer mods". So the tuner starts working his tuner magic, and my wonderful experiance turn'd bad fast. To make a long story short,..., my a/f were low on the bottom and good up top, no surprise right. Well to tuner guy can't tune the car at all. Im already maxing out the pump down low. He basically told me not to drive to car hard till i get a fuel pump. So i called cp-e and su to help and both of those guys were great Mark, and Jordan. They helped out alot but i still have my hands tied behind my back. I was on the dyno for 4 hrs they were trying all kind of things. I think the tuner guy felt bad so he only charged me 100.00 and told me to come back!!!!!!
I knew the fuel pump issue was going to criple me but i didn't think it would completely halt the whole process. I guess this is what happens when your in front. I really thought i would be able to work my way around the damn fuel pump for some extra ponies!!!
And to boot, my f$^king seals started to blow oil it filled the whole damn shop. Heres some pics

What model year is your MS3...?
I saw earlier today a silver MS3 blowing smoke down the road...

Makes me a little nervous...

Did you get the new pump yet?

Yep the seals are going and the big issue is that because of the FMIC the damn dealer will probably say....no thanks...to the Warranty of the Turbo. Lets hope they are cool for you man!

At 274 whp? WTF. Is this common in the 2.3 MZR DISI engine? What about Mazdaspeed 6 owners?

The tech must have overboosted the car, right? I mean, how the hell could this happen if others pushing more whp haven't had this problem?

What shop did you get it tuned at? It looks like a mustang shop, I dunno why you would go to a mustang shop to get your ms3 tuned, two completely different cars. Well good luck, I'll cross my fingers for you

274 on a mustang dyno i think, i believe they had a dyno jet before so that explains the posters. Car has never seen any boost higher that 17 psi

Wow thats a lot of smoke (nailbyt) I had the blueish-white smoke as well when I had the TXS race pipe. Dealer wouldn't touch it until I put my stock cat back on. Sure enough the cat stopped all the smoke, they said it was condensation from the larger test pipe but I still think my turbo seals are bad as well. Good luck man!

man that would suck going from (cabpatch) to (sad1) , its those turbo seals buch of other people haveing the same issue get the dealer to fix it and give you a new turbo

You: My turbo seals are going
Dealer: Get a tune

Wow...and people wonder why Mazda ranks low in dealership expierence.

actually it went like this
me: yes i think my turbo seals are gone have you heard of this issue before
dealership:no

after inspection
me: so what are you guys gonna do?
delearship: we saw nothing wrong with the car except a cel

me:what was the cel?
delearship:running lean in back one, We performed other test and found out that your car isn't running lean. We noticed you exhaust, and we are thinking that because you removed the convertor that its causing the ecu to trip a cel. I know most of the time performance parts coming in stages, did you get it tuned so that you can erased the cel

me: NO
delearship: yep i think that will solve your problem

me:what about the smoke:
delearship: of that, that is condensation

me: really
dealership: ok sign here.
