I totally agree...They must have spent endless hours designing this new body for the 7 because it's really well done and looks amazing!

I'm normally not into this sort of thing but I couldn't stop staring at it!

You can tell that the guys at FEED are truly passionate about the 7!

It looks just like a TVR! I want a TVR soooo bad! lol Awesome design for the RX-7.

This was mainly a rotary event but rest assured anytime I can make it out to a Mazda related event...I will be sure to take tons of juicy pics and record some sweet vid action for all to enjoy on Mazda Forums.

I'll keep my eyes open for any custom/van/vip shows where there might be some Mazda love...

I have seen some real clean 5's and MPV's cruising around but of course I didn't have my trusty digi cam at the time...

I'd say in the U.S. we show more love to ALL Mazda models where as in Japan...Anything with a rotary and a Mazda badge gets most of the love.

Although...Recently...The MS3 and that 2.3 DIT engine have started to develop a following of their own now...(thumb)

This autobacs is in Kobe Sunshine Wharf, a bit west of Osaka. I do remember that few of the rotary cars meeting over there. This plaza is HUGE, so I can see why people would organize the meets there.

And I live in Oregon but my home is in Kobe, and yes I had mazdas(mx6, p5, rx8), but not now(bang)

As for the Tokyo, I'm sorry I have no clue. I have only been to tokyo one time. Once I'm back home(I'm at work), I'll post few japanese rotary BBS and maybe you can obtain infos.

In general, the FC and FD has some SERIOUS cult following when it comes to Mazdas in Japan.

Yeah...I had never been to the Kobe Sunshine Wharf before attending this event...It's a nice venue for events and meets...with the bay and bridge in the background and super autobacs nearby...(2thumbs)

here ya go, you might know, but this is one of the bigger BBS for the rotary owners in Japan.

Yes, the place is really pretty, with the ocean and bridge right in front of you, there were few nice flea markets on sundays I believe. I had alot of fun there.

Most of the cars on show were FDs or RX-8s...There were just a few FCs...but those few were HAWT! One of my favs...

Great pics Antoine....... I just have a question about that "custom bodied" car that is the personal car of the FEED owner........ it looks a lot like a Noble M400 or whatever you call that car. Was it really a 7?


Man i wish i could go over there to buy a RHD rx-7 and ship it back here........ looks like that place was a lot of fun

The custom body "kit" goes for around $15,000 U.S.!..but it looks awesome in person! (2thumbs)

Yeah...I really enjoyed chatting up these top tuners in such a casual relaxed atmosphere...Good times indeed!

1 million yen, that was funny to read that... man that is a lot of money for a body kit, but it definitely looks sick.

I'd love to head out there one day before i die........ that's on my "must do" list.
