It's already carved... I just need to glue it together, epoxy it, bondo it, and fiberglass it.
Not as easy as it sounds.

maybe you could just go and set the lip on some wood blocks or something just near the bumper so we can maybe see how it would look on it?

I'll try to get some pics tomorrow or the next day... but it's pretty fragile so it's hard to setup under the car.

Yes Italy was great... but I'm back now.
As for the lip I need some help, better yet a garage to work in, but I need more hands to align, trim, and glue it together.
After that I can start the molds and fiberglass.

I'll be moving into a house shortly, I'd like to work on the turbo stuff first but I'm not sure if I will. Either way I'll need some help to start the lip.
