the worst mazda dealership in md

see, this one was kinda my fault too...i bought an '02 Pro and the way the dealer wrote up the sale made it look like a lease...I had a damn balloon payment of $7250 due after my 48 month plan was over!!! my payments were low, gave me a great interest rate, but that part they didn't point out. yeah, i know, i should have read EVERYTHING b4 i signed, but the salesman knew if i would have noticed that, i would have walked da hell outta there. and i get tired of bringing the car back for the same damn problems!!
When did they change the name? I go there for service...didn't notice that.
I dunno.. but whenever I order s*** from them or search availability it comes up as McCullough Mazda.. (shrug) one of my drivers told me awhile ago too... all I know is I hate that place...
the only reason I go there for service is 'cuz it's the closest...but I will NEVER buy another car from them.

service at russel mazda sucked this morning... i just wanted a price for brake pads for the 5, i dont know why i was put on hold for 15 minutes... i finally just hung up...
I was just about to type that....lol Koons has got to be the worst! Koons are a bunch of Koons.
Waiting for parts at McCullough (Koons), either on the phone or walking in, is an all day affair also. You might as well bring a lawn chair. No one is ever at the front desk.

That's where I bought mine, haven't had any problems with them yet. They've also been pretty lenient towards my aftermarket parts.

fitzgerald mazdas parts department is pretty awful tolol... they dont treat their wholesale customers any differently... I've sat on hold with them forever just trying to check a part number... then they dont deliver to Annapolis...
I should have seen the signs...u will NEVER see the same salesman there for longer than 2 months.

fitzgerald is actually pretty good.
Arlington Mazda is cool...they don't b**** about mods.
