For anyone that wanted to have the front orange parking lights off when the fogs are on and have the front parking lights on when the fogs are off here is the how to (This is assuming you have already done the fogs on with parking lights mod)
HOW TO: rewire fogs for always on
This is for the Pro5, I havent looked at the sedans to see if they are the same but they should be
DO THIS MOD AT YOUR OWN RISK. I TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY IF, WHEN FOLLOWING THESE DIRECTIONS, YOU SCREW SOMETHING UP AND DESTROY YOUR CAR. This is what I did and it works for me.
As you are looking at the wiring harness plugged into the front parking light you will see 2 green w/black stripped wires. The one closest to the passenger side is the wire that supplies power to the parking light and is the one you will be working with (the other one supplies power for turn signals). Use a test light or voltmeter to make sure you have the correct wire.
Unplug the harnesses from their sockets and using a pick, released the wires from the factory harnesses (I like to be able to return everything to stock with no evidence of mods, but you could just cut the wires if you want, just make sure you leave enough wire on each end to be able to splice wires onto them).
Crimp a male connector to one end of a piece of wire and attach that to the green w/black stripped wire you released from the harness (if you cut the wires, solder the wire to the end not attached to the harness). Crimp a female connector to the other end of the wire and run that to the high power side of a relay that opens a circuit (turns off) when power is applied ( I got mine from a friend that works at a stereo install shop but I imagine you can get one from Radio Shack). Make sure you get the right relay, most will close (turn on) a circuit when power is applied.
Crimp a female connector to another piece of wire and run that wire from the power out of the relay back to the factory harness for the parking lights (crimp a female connector and insert that into the factory harness or if you cut the wires, solder them to the piece of wire going into the factory harness).
Then run another wire from the switched power relay input through the fire wall to the switched side of the fog light switch, the side off the switch that only has power when the switch is in the on position (again if you wish you could just use a tap for the power wire for the fogs but like I said I like to be able to return everything back to stock).
Lastly, attach the ground terminal of the relay to a suitable ground location. Use heat shrink and make sure all connections are secure and water tight. Mount the relay and run wires out of the way of hot or moving parts. Plug the factory harnesses back into their sockets.
Now when your turn your parking lights on, if the fog light switch is in the on position, the fogs will be lit and the front parking lights will be off (the back will still be lit). If the fog light switch is in the off position, the fogs will be off and the parking lights will be on
