I cannot figure out how to mount the Pannauto intercooler. The oil cooler lines are in the way! Any help!?!? Its getting dark!

I know that guy.... I had him on the phone and he could not even remember... he is contacting the designer who is no longer with PANN. He thinks there is minor cutting. The brackets are on the IC and the holes are already on the car... I can see where it needs to go, there is just too much stuff in the way.
FYI that is the EXACT intercooler I am installing, he was the test vehicle for PANN.

So... last night I fully uninstalled my HiBoost, toyed around with trying to mount this one.... then RE-installed the HiBoost with my friends headlights as the only source of light. 5 hours of complete waste to get me back where I started, 2 of which were in the dark.

PANN fmic installed... took all day by myself with random help here and there. Oh yea... and a saw.
Car seems to run fine. I will 'test' it tomorrow. Thanks all. Pics to come.

Why are you switching from the Hiboost to this Pann setup?

bigger core and the pipes are nicer. Mostly for the pipes, the core is negligable. Now my entire front bumper is IC, my pipes are all aluminum, and powdercoated blue by Injen's powdercoating shop.

I Had Pann Autos Site Earmarked.. But Now I Cant Get In.. Do They Still Sell This Set Up. Or Is This An Out Dated Option.. I Couldnt Get In Their Website.. Any Suggestions Comments

I would call them, they might have some left-over kits for cheap. Support would not be great, as the designer and application engineer is now with a different company.
I will say I was impressed with the pipes. Very nice bends, clean welds, well... the powdercoating is just awesome so that helps. The way it is mounted, you could even get away with a deeper core too.... it sits back further than the HiBoost. Then again you have to shift the power steering cooling lines back for it to fit.
I had to cut a little of my bumper support but only in the back underside where you cannot see it. I also had to trim where the outlet of the IC so there was more clearance for the pipe, but that could have probably been bent back ever-so-slightly and it would have worked.
Once I get the fittings more secure I will open it up. Right now my recirc hose is kinked, and the barbbed fitting I added to the hot pipe (for my boost controller is loose.

It looked like a nice core. Do you notice any difference in performance? I was considering the Pann a while ago, but was turned off when I heard that the dyno was fluffed up a bit and fitment wasn't consistent.

yet to open it up
I need to put a better nipple on the hotpipe for my EBC, its ready to blow off.

well I hit it hard once and felt a jerk when I shifted fast... might have been slight cut. I don't know. I have felt it before while recirculating 100%. I hope it was just something to do with the loose nipple on the hotpipe but I doubt it. My car hates me when I recirc 100%... I don't know why.
