Odds are you can get an entire engine that doesn't smoke for less than what muscle car owners pay for a set of good tires if there is a wreckers near you that has one.
I had a CEL come on during a drive after I had cleaned/oiled the K&N filter . Cleaned the MAF sensor and housing then put in a paper Wix filter and cleared the CEL on Saturday.
CEL came back on today and pulled a P0171 code on the Topdon diagnostic reader. Gonna have to take some time to chase this down...
I don't have extra time to work on this problem, so I took it to a local trusted independent shop and they're looking at the vacuum system. They need a layout/diagram for the turbo setup and used my VIN when calling around to Mazda dealerships who said my turbo setup was aftermarket!?!
Anyone know if there's an actual Mazda MSP diagram for our system?
