Just bought a 2022 CX30 Turbo and wondering if anyone has put a chip in. Would that void the warranty?

It can, but without knowing more about the "chip" you plan to install, its hard to say. I would suggest using the search function on this forum and maybe on Reddit as well, to see what others are using. The JB4 is probably your safest bet, as it is a proven piggyback tuning solution that is plug and play (can be removed without a trace before bringing the car in for warranty).
