Depends on a lot of other things. To narrow it down the most you need to think about the diameter of the tire. So assuming you are not going to drive around on a 275 hoosier, then that pretty much limits you to a 225. I say pretty much because I know there is a Toyo out there somewhere which is a 245 with the correct diameter as a 16", but I am ignoring that as well. So pretty much you are then limited to a 225/45/15 which can fit pretty easily depending on the front camber mostly. I track that size with -3 degrees of front camber.
For the wheel you pretty much need to run a 8". A 9" hits the front strut depending on the offset, and to push it out you will probably hit the fender with the tire.
