Wheel Fitment

I was wondering if these wheel sizes would fit without having to roll fenders or anything. Also which option is the better as far as fitment goes and what tires would be needed with each one.

18x7.5 42mm Offset
18x8.5 45mm Offset

I don't want to show the rims in case I get them I would rather have pictures of them on the car haha.

yes, both will rubb in the rears unless you run some sickly small tire thickness.

I have OEM wheels, with spacers that put me at about 42mm offset.
I rubbed like a MOFO on the rear fenders, they have a GIANT lip like 1"-1.5".
You will absolutely need a fender roll.

yes, rear fender roll for sure. put your hand under there and feel how big that lip is on the inside of the rear fender.

imho, if your lowered and doing anything other than stock wheels and tires, you'll need a roll in the rear.

you know there is about a 10mm difference in poke between those 2 sizes?

Just cuz someone says their 225 rubs, it does not mean every 225 rubs. some tires are just wider then others, even at the same sizes.

Well I know that those two rim sizes are obviously different.. I just didn't know which ones would be a better fit..

When I get new wheels I am planning to do a drop as well and I know that rolling the fenders is pretty much inevitable anyway, but I didn't know if they would work without having to roll the fenders.

i changed my mind again on rims and am going with a 18x9 +30.

ordering up rpm streets and the spc adjustable ball joints.

this is by far going to be a stretch for fitment, but once again not impossible.
with these mods and a fender roll, there should be no reason why one couldnt made their car not rub.

Here are the wheels in question..

I just decided to go ahead and put them out there.. It will be a good while before I get some as money is scarce in my pocket right now..

nice wheels yo. i would put my vote in for the 18x8.5 +40. that would be a nice aggressive fitment without pushing the boundaries too far. also, i think that the machine black color would compliment your Titanium Grey well.

i just got me some 18x8.5 +48. i wished that they offered like +40 or +38 in my size. it was either +30 or +48. go big or go home. i went home and locked the doors to be safe. haha.
