I am impressed all that gear fits in there. I was checking my spare tire pressure just the other day I didn't see much room for anything, especially a fire extinguisher. I did manage to squeeze a folded road triangle on the left of the spare.

What is the make/model of the fire extinguisher? It fits so that the cover over the spare tire closes completely or does it stick up a little?

I went into the spare well just for you[emoji38]
It is a Kidde M5P model. I found an Amazon link here. I believe I staged that pic in a way so all the tools can be seen. When they are arranged correctly the spare cover fold perfectly flat without hitting anything.

Thanks! I might add that to my cx5 as well. Better to have one and not need it, then need one and not have it.

I remember a story Wally told at work some years ago. He stopped to help a man standing on the side of the road near a burning car. When Wally started to use his fire extinguisher, the owner of the car stopped him and said that it was insured and just let it burn.

The guy must have had a CR-V and wanted out ;)

That little slot in the foam to the left? The one that has something stuffed in it- i "reconfigured" using a razor to make something that nicely holds my fire extinguisher and flares. Fix-a-flat and other crap like that ended up in the tire. Seems like someone could make a better organizer. The foam near the seats didn't look that well thought out. There are nice tie down spots there. The dealer said they used them to tie down when shipping.
