Hey, all, well i just bought my speed a week ago and got around 700 miles, yea, i drive alot.. but anyway when i bought it my friend gave me a cat back and cone filter, k&n, the piping on the exhuast is the same just without the resinator? but?? my car does the fuel cut? that i have been reading about and when its hot.. it feel like all motor lol, help me please, i bought a turbo car, i want a turbo car...what do i need to do/buy for my car to run right or does it?.....what should i do?

about the all motor feel, sounds like another hesitation issue.
you can either wait till mazda come out with the reflash for the ecu or you can get JOEP'S fuel pressure reducer kit.

its the same size piping that my friend gave me for the exhaust, but they said it would help but its done nothing ..i
think in the hp gains.

get FPR kit from joe...........and a Manual Boost Controller while you're there.........with both installed u will forget what hesitation is

yeah you won't get any gains if you stay with the same piping size. also, are you using that filter? if so, are you running with it directly attached to the maf? if so, you might wanna go back to the stock air box cause you get a drop in hp with just the filter. this is cause the fans blow hot air right onto the filter. look into getting a cai (injen or spool and others will be released soon) or the new sri from insidious looks sweet too. sounds really cool

i got dynos to proove that filter thing.
i had mine attached to the MAF and my car dropped 11 hp from stock, and hesitation was hella strong!

wow, thanks for the info, i am going to get the fpr and put the stock intake back in thanks guys...
