I know this will bring up the controversy..

but i ran a search on the K&n dyno and got the thread. It really didnt show much HP boost, besides the fact that it actually dropped when the fans hit. With all that said, why get it?

Does it really cure the hesitation? i really dont see it being cured because of the actual filter.

Has anyone tried the filter + CAI?(like combine the two, is that possible?)

sorry, im a newb.

the K&N is probably more beneficial when you up the boost and get it away from the fan/heat...do a search, there's a few threads on this stuff...

Search and find the Injen intake thread. Locate the dyno charts taken from Spicy MSPs car. Look at the dip in the 4k to 5k rpm range without the intake, and no dip at all with the intake. This is the source of the "no stumble with the intake" statements.

When I get mine, I will dyno before and after and post.
