i used an impact wrench/air gun on the nut side and held the other side with a wrench to get it off...that thing was tight and couldnt get it off with hand tools due to how much rust was on there...if your stuck using hand tools....spray some wd-40 on there and just get some leverage and pull lol...goodluck

just fyi a simple WD-40 spray on bolt/nut heavily, tap the nut with hammer/flathead let sit for a awhile.
and try to break it loose...
for the most serious cases, PB Blaster is like WD-40, but on crack.
