exhaust diameter

what is the diameter on the factory exhaust??? reason i ask i can get a ractive mid pipe and rear section for a mp3 through my work at cost and was wondering if it is worth it

Uh you guy's better measure again!The pipe may be 2.25'' at the largest section but it's a lot smaller in diameter in other sections seeing how it's not mandrel bent.I know that between the the cats(I know we are not talking about this section but i will use it for reference)is about 1.75''!Talk about small!JIC will be on soon I hope!

1.75"? WTF? They "claimed" in their ads 'n stuff that it was an "upgraded hi flow exhaust" w/ High Flow cat. The Diameter is suppose to be 2.25.

Gr... I'll keep the MSP muffler and get all new piping back if this is the case! :mad:

exhaust piping is supposedly smaller than 2.25".....maybe the outer diameter but the piping is awfully thick.....and watch out with that jic exhaust....that resonater is tiny as hell!
