e-brake sticks

okay so my issue i'm having is sometimes when I disengage the e-brake, it sticks and I have to give it a little gas for it to clunk loose. the only issue is that it only does it sometimes and it's not really under and circumstances that I have noticed. it's just "sometimes"

any suggestions?
