Can someone help me quick and point out the promise and pitfalls of getting the 3.5" ETS core over the 3.25"? I have the TRZ rear and transmission mounts installed.
I think that the only reason you'd go with the 3.5 inch is if you were going to put a bigger turbo on it. I believe there is no power gain difference between the two sizes unless you're pushing quite a bit more boost.
I don`t believe there is much performance difference between the two. The 3.5 inch seems to have more fitment problems than the 3.25 because of the extra height supposedly. Picking up a used 3.25 is easier to come by as it seems more of these have been sold than the 3.5 inch. Can`t beat picking up a used one for $350!
