voice prompts muffled

Muffled mess voice prompts. I had oil change then next day random issue with the muffled sounds when I press for the voice prompts. Can't be related to service call, could it? I believe it recognizes my command but coming through speaks the beeps and lady speaking sound like a blanket is over a...
