vents

Maybe it's because of the horrendous roads in my area, but the A/C vents don't seem to stay open in any orientation, particularly the middle two. Has anyone else had this issue?

There does not seem a way to select the air flow through the vents to only go to the windscreen without it also going to feet, unless I hit the button for defrost as such and the blowers go to full etc? Is this possible?

Does anyone have instuctions on how to remove the rear vents and controls in the center console? Thanks in advance
