I have a 2008 Mazda CX-9 that recently developed an issue with the horn. With the car running (ignition switch on), the horn will only work intermittently when pressed. Sometimes it takes 4-5 presses in different areas of the steering wheel to get it to work. However, with the ignition off...
Hello All
How do you all feel the steering of your CX5. From day one, for me it appeared to be very hard to turn. I have driven a mazda 3 and cx9 and they both appeared very smooth. Not sure its just my mindset or there is any real issue with the vehicle itself. When the car is running and i...
Hello All
My 2016 CX5 GT is now completed 4 mths with total running of 4800 kilometers. I have a few queries and observations.
1. Overall i feel the vehicle is not very smooth while driving. Especially the steering. I feel its very heavy and requires more effort in turning. Previously i...
I bought a 2009 CX-9 with 63k last week to replace an aging Jeep Liberty. This is the third Mazda for our family and we have been very happy thus far. (I still drive a 1990 Miata to/from work in the summer). In one week I have: Changed transfer case oil to royal purple, ordered a Reese hitch...

Any help will be greatly appreciated...
I have just bought a Mazda 3 Maxx Sport '09. I wanted to buy a ca-fi 621000 head unit
I have had some experience hooking up pioneer car head units in previous cars, but never with steering wheel controls.
I need to know what would be required/needed to hook up the steering wheel controls to...
I just finished a 1000-mile, week-long road trip in the P5, including a couple of the better driving roads in the Pacific Northwest (the North Cascades Highway and part of BC's Crowsnest). My 5-speed P5 struggled on the uphills (no surprise), but handled like a dream on the twisty sections...
I tend to like to drive with the wheel all the way out and down, but I find after a week or so it has pushed back in a little and as a result I am constantly flipping the lock and checking it.
Anyone know if I can tighten the clamp somehow if I open it up?
cheers
