sd card

I tried to update my card and received the message that there is no available update. However, when I click map version it shows I have 2014 Q2 and the latest available is December 2018. Has anyone else experienced this? I did submit an issue through their customer care site.

Ok, I have a 2018 CX-5. The Maps/Nav does not work (I did not get that option). But it appears all I need is the correct SD, plug it in, and I am good to go? I am thinking, it that be that simple/easy. Or can it?
