maf sensor

I bought a Weapon R air inatke to my Mazda Protege. Everything is working great but when I turn the wheel it comes out a really disturbing noise out of the intake. It goes like woot woot woot everytime in turn the wheel. Is driving me crazy... any suggestions??? :/

Does anyone know if there its a cheaper MAF sensor that is compatible with my MP5? The stock one is very expensive, I've been told that in Some cars you can use a cheaper ac delco MAF... Thanks
