high beams

hi, I have a 2003.5 MSP and have an issue with the headlights. When I turn the headlight switch on, only the yellow lights come on. The headlights remain off and the highbeam symbol appears. The symbol continues too stay on when I switch too high beams but still no light from the headlights. My...

Stupid question probably but when I search for stuff on here I never get anything close to what I'm looking for. Are the Daytime Running Lights and the High Beams the same bulb? They seem like they are, and I know I same across it somewhere but can someone please link me to a bulb chart. Thank You!
