fuel leak

I have a 2008 CX-9 AWD...I'm noticing a gas smell from my car...looks like it is leaking near the op of the gas tank (the side under the passenger side). Should i spend the money on getting the tank replaced? or should I use some jb weld or something to repair it? Is the tank plastic or metal...

The cab fills up with an uncombusted gas smell when I come to a stop. Smell comes through the vents. Dealer can't find leak but its definitely there. Only 10K on the engine. Any ideas? Thx.
