Basically, I'm having an issue. My engine seized up due to a flood in my area. The bottom end is destroyed; However, the head is ok. Is there any other motors that I can use in my car other than 2001-2003 protege 2.0l fs? I can not find one around my area anywhere. Or will another complete...

i have a 2003 msp and the engine only has like 25,000 miles i want to take out and build the motor but this is my only car so i was wondering if anyone knows if a mazda protege 2.0fs motor will fit in my mazda speed because i found a few cheap ones out there with more miles...so please let me...

Problems have been pretty much solved, however I want to keep this up during the build in case I run into any more problems during the swap. Fingers crossed!
