confused

I have just picked up my new cx5 from dealer and was told that they have no owners manual, apparently they are on back order ?. So I am struggling to work out how everything operates. Pretty poor service dont you think ?

Well, I am thinking of doing a brake overhall because Zoomie (my protege lol) needs some. I have no idea where to start with getting new pads and rotors for the front. Also for some reason I have drums in the back (odd i know). Does anybody know when i should change them and what brand i should...
