I want to make these wheels work. Tires are 245/40/18 the back tires rub on the fenders (my fenders are not rolled) Are my tires too wide? If I switch to a 225/40/18 and roll the fenders am I good? The wheels are 18x8.5 with a +38 offset the front wheels poke out about 30mm so how would I fix...

I have a set of BBS FC Wheels that I am looking to sell. They are 15x6.5 and they are 5x114.3. They are all in good shape as you can see from the photos. The are no cracks or bends in the wheels. There is some oxidation on one or two of the lips of the wheels but nothing that can't be polished...
