12v

Hi guys, I recently purchased a brand new CX5. Today I noticed that 12v power outlet is not working anymore. I tried both one at the front and second at the center. Is is this a known problem? However, the USB port seems to be working fine. Thanks

I've got three that have worked fine in all my other cars and rentals, but which aren't working in our new CX9. Since my voltmeter indicates the accessory port(s) are working fine, it would appear that the USB adapters just aren't "deep" enough. Any specific brand/models that folks have known...
