WTB: Stock P5, 3, or any other decent wheels/tires

I would like to buy a set of stock wheels/tires, I'm willing to pay up to $400 depending on condition and tire use, but I would prefer locals......central/southern California.

I will also consider trading my Eibach+Tokico struts, for your stock suspension.
