WTB: Lightweight Wheels w/Stickier Tires

Looking for a set of LIGHTWEIGHT weekend autocross wheels with stickier tires (140-200 treadwear) for my NC MX-5 in the 16" or 17" variety for $700 or less. I dont really care what they look like, but they MUST be round, true, and straight.
