Alright, I was just in the mood for a quirky thread and I hope this one has some legs. We all know about the Bugatti Veyrons and Turbo Supras and even the F150 Lightnings that are the legends of the automotive world. Forced induction has given us petrolheads some truly awesome vehicles. But it's also given us some pretty crappy ones. This thread is devoted to them So lets see em ladies and gents: Your entries for The worst Turbo and Supercharged vehicles ever. Only stipulation is that the snail or blower must come stock form the factory. Dig deep and be creative. Keep it fun and no picking on the MSP....okay maybe a little but I wasn't brave enough. :)

I'll get us started with this gem:

Nissan Frontier Supercharged:

The last gen frontier was a decent pickup but the power hike from the supercharger raised total output to a laughable 210hp and a massive (not so much) 245 Lb. Ft. of torque. All the "Supercharged" stickers they slapped on this thing would make you think it was pushing 300 horses. But truth be told, it was pretty underwhelming. I should know. I used to work at a nissan dealership:

This article illustrates my point perfectly:

Mazdaspeed protege: 170 hp with a turbo....(evil)
Years of hesitation, clunking suspension and busted trannys.

Any "stock" '80's Chrysler 2.2 Turbo. However, with only a slight bit of work, those engines came to life.

You can add the supercharged Xterra to that list.. It was the same engine as the frontier.

Renault Fuego Turbo!!! Oh yeah, fear this bad boy. That huge turbo lettering on the side adds 63whp!!!!

1.6L turbo: 107 hp 120 bt ft which I guess wasn't horrible in the 80's. But this thing oozes cheese! and check out that ride height! Rally Inspired baby!!!
