I offically put my current house on the market! 'im currently looking into a new house! Already ot pre-approved for the offer I'm willing to make. Just need to do soem more research. So hopefully everything will go smoothly and I will be in that house here in a month or two!

Edit: I'll be going from a 1971 hier trailer wich has roughly 950 sft. I also don't own the land its sitting on.

Well guys I just got out bidded on that house. So I guess I'll have to keep my eye out on the next one in my price range! OH well gives me more time to pay down my debt! lol
 
not sure where summer trees is but i would guess around 140k for that?
its a tough market right now. not alot selling. my friend got out bid about a week ago too.

Yeah tell me about it, that house was going for a asking price of 120k but needed a little work. Nothing that I couldn't do if I got off my ubtt and did it. lol The taxes on that house is what killed the deal for me... estimated 275 a month just on taxes and that was down from 3.8k on taxes last year!
 
At least in Atlanta, foreclosures are RAMPANT. It is definitely a buyers market. Look into foreclosures in your area, there are likely some stellar deals to be had.

Same with Jaxs and the house I was looking at was a forclosure. It sold for 190k last year! lol
