Windsheild Wipers not working

I've got a car here that has non functioning windshield wipers. The 20A fuse inside the cabin for the wipers is good. The squirter nozzles work.

Anyone ever tackle this before or know exactly where to check next? I'd rather not have to pull the car apart aimlessly.

there is a ground wire for the wipres right next to or on the wiper motor. check the connection there.
