WIll this tire size rub?

Will they rub? What if i drop my car 1.4" in the front and 1.8" rear?

Is +48 offset better?

you'll be fine, because they are a 7" wide wheel. and in this case a +45 is better for the simple fact that it will look better and have a slightly wider stance
