Where to find replacement side rear view mirror plastic frame?

Parked really close to a divider and while reversing out the divider caught my drivers side door rear view mirror.

The plastic was scraped and cracked.

Luckily it was only the black plastic and not the actual mirror housing or the blinker light.

I figure it would be better to replace this myself instead of having a shop do this.

Does anyone know where I can find an OEM replacement and how difficult it would be to do myself?

That black plastic is part of the mirror body as far as I remember.

The outer painted plastic cover, led blinker and mirror glass are only separate parts.
