where i can send ecu to reflash

hi guys anyone kniw where i can send my factory ecu to reflash, also i have another one don't know what happen but my car stop working and i change to the one i want reflash and now is work, i don't know if can fix that one. thanks in advance for any help

I don't know of anyone that can do that aside from a dealership. If the ECU itself has failed it may not be able to be recovered. spicyorangemsp on this forum flashes MP3 updates to regular Protege models, but I am not sure if he can flash an MSP ECU.
