Haven't seen this thread done yet. just thought it would be interesting to see pics of where everybody lives. I will start things off so don't be shy and post them up. Inside /outside/garage/ whatever you got. Even if it's just a room in your parents house.

I will post some more later after I find them.

Here is my house

half round window closeup. This is a custom piece of stained glass in iridized ripple clear water glass. I have 2 frank lloyd wright replica panels filling up each window in the dormers but they are hard to see in the first pic. I love stained glass and have it all over my house. If I had my way I would do just like FLW and use SG instead of blinds in every window.

will post some of the backyard and a few others later. comments are welcome. BTW this is my first house and it is brand new. I have lived in it for exactly one year this month. Man has it come a long way but still has alot longer to go. Sorry but I am kinda proud of my yard and outer appearence of my house cause 1 year ago it was a big mud puddle surrounding my house, no trees no nothing. I now have over 30 trees and about 20 or so bushes and flowers. Like I said still have more work to do as my yard is still bare in some spots. The pic shows it just mowed.

I'll be moving into my first bought home at the end of the month... I'll post pics then...

nice house funwagon

This is my in-laws house can't see all of it but most of it.
the wife and I are living with them until our house is done
being built (about 2 more months).

Hey volley, post them up anyways. Would probably bring back memories of some of my old places. I lived in this one rat trap in college. Literally rats and bugs and just about every other type of critter camped out at our place. Only good thing was I didn't give 2 s**** about throwing a party. You just couldn't mess the house up any more and for the amount that I was there it wasn't too bad.

Congrats Azeli. You will love owning your own house. I know I do. Yes it is a headache at times and at times it is very difficult(funds wise) but it is soooo worth it. When you do something to it you feel good about it because you know you can somewhat get your money back out of it. There are many other perks too but it would take for ever to list them out. One suggestion I will make to you is to take lots of pictures of it while in the building process. I took pics from stage 1(bare lot) all the way through each phase. Used to go out and eat lunch and watch them work on it and take pics.

My plan is to stay in this house for another 4-5 years and then sell it and move to the lake. I got a really good deal on the house and am sitting on quite a bit of positive equity already. Plus they are in the process of building my area up and in 5 years they should be done. They propose that our land will be worth 25-40% more when they are done depending on location and house.

I wish I could afford a house. I can only get a small townhouse. Has a garage atleast though, but not big enough for my wood shop.

nice homes guys...:)

I WANNA HOUSE!!! But I must settle for renting an apt w detached (yuk) garage. We are gonna move agian in 6 mos to a year for Greg's career. whee!

ARG - you're giving me ideas for my diecast collection... (thought)

I'm going to turn my office into one sweet room. If only someone out there would start making some scale models of proteg's...

My Motorsport Collection is a few years serious dedication. Not to mention nearly $6,000.00 invested. 99% of everything in my collection is limited release. Many of the models are also numbered. There are also several items signed by Mario & Michael Andretti, Carroll Shelby, and the 8x10 Michael Schumacher photo is signed.

I am home sicker than hell today, so when I went out to get the empty garbage cans a few minutes ago, I snapped a couple of pics. Here you go:

Hey fastdrvr. Couple of comments. Love seeing my house on your screen in the pic. kinda funny!!!!! Also I can count 2 different weapons. One looks to be a glock and a couple spare mags in a carrier anda rechargable mag light and the other looks to be a 357 revolver sitting next to your computer with rubber grips. Am I see things correctly? BTW love the glock. Anyway was just wondering what you do for a living having that kind of hardware laying around.

Thanks man!

Heck yeah, I have family in Memphis now... (Well, Collierville) Next time I'm up there, I might have to check out that mazdaspeed that you love so much! :) My g/f lives in Knoxville now as well, so I go up there about once a month also...

BTW, that collection of models you have is badass. I thought the picures of the engine of that one car, were of the normal size one... Cool stuff!
