Wheel Painting....

Going to paint the stock wheels - just dont know what i want really.

Here are the choices

Black Gloss - Red Lugs - Red Calipers
Flat Black - Red Lugs - Red Calipers
Matte Black - Red Lugs- Red Calipers

Or above choices with black lugs instead.

What do you guys think?

I vote gloss black with black lugs and red calipers. I don't think red lugs would look bad either but I like glossy much better than matte or flat.

I would have gone with that first choice too - but im worried about that paint job not turning out 100%

nah if you take your time and don't overspray, you should be fine. Go for it man.

have them powdercoated... if u spray paint your wheels your gonna definetly be called a ricer numerous times... plus paint will chip off under normal driving conditions powdercoat doesnt chip unless ur a complete moron driver.

And im getting them done professionaly in a booth and all *claps hands*
The only reasone i was going to avoid gloss is because of the chipping, and now that the powder coat was mentioned (never thought of it as a posibility) I might go with that, depending on what im charged im most likely going with Gloss or powder coat. (my buddy is doing it for me free of labor charges, so i just have to pay for the paint)
