weapon r hard pipe kit

has anyone ever used or know anyone that has used the weapon r hard piping kit that you can get from protegegarage.com?

cause i just got mine the other day and i put it on this afternoon and went for a test drive and the couplers kept on blowing off and not staying tight. any one know what to do to fix it?
