Wanted: General Exlaim UHP or comparable 205/50/17

Hey guys, I bought 4 General Exclaim UHPs 205/50/17 last may for about $500. Had a blowout in August and decided to just put my snows back on. Trying to get my UHPs put back on now, shop is asking $375 for two more of the same tire. I do not wish to pay that much for just 2 tires. Any ideas?

Why are they trying to sell you two tires if you blew out one?
Either find an honest shop or just go to tire rack. $111 each plus shipping.

They say the third tire is too worn to put with a new one. I'm not sure how to measure tread wear.
