Want To Buy a GMC???

I am thinking about buying a 1989 GMC Jimmy for $550. It is a 4WD that is covered in rust, is old, and busted. I want it mainly just to have something to go four wheeling in.

Does anyone here know anything about this make and model? Any problems that it is notorious for? Do you know any other forums I could check out that are good for GMC?
