Variable speed intermittent wipers Mazda2 2014

I've been looking into getting Variable speed wipers for my Mazda 2, and came across this https://www.ebay.com (commissions earned), but it's for auto rain sensing wipers. Does anyone know if this is compatible with the standard wipers?
